Much of Central Florida sits on a shallow water table, so an empty pool shell has to be drained with care. And from late spring through summer, afternoon storms decide which days a new finish can go in.
We look at the pool first: the condition of the finish, hollow or cracked spots, the tile line and the coping, and how equipment gets through the screen enclosure. You get an estimate with each item priced on its own.
